Client-focused, relationship-driven, and innovative, Kathy brings 35 years of expertise to San Gabriel Valley real estate. With over 650 transactions and a background in title, escrow, and relocation, she’s the trusted choice for professionals from Caltech, JPL, Fuller Seminary, and the entertainment industry.

On a Personal Note
Kathy and her husband of 40 years, Curt, reside in the foothills of Altadena. They share a love of architecture and enjoy the outdoors immensely. She is highly invested in her husband’s non-profit which serves low-income families in Pasadena.

Who is Asiah Dorsey?
Asiah’s passion for real estate began as a child watching shows like Love It or List It. A USC graduate in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance, she brings expertise in loan origination, corporate accounting, and contracts. Asiah is committed to providing genuine, high-quality service, viewing real estate as more than a financial decision. Known for building meaningful client relationships, she works tirelessly to ensure a smooth and satisfying home buying or selling experience.
