Kathy Gibson has worked in the real estate industry since 1982 which has required a lot of stamina, fortitude, vigor, and Advil! Patient and trustworthy are words often used by her clients in describing Kathy's calm demeanor. She is experienced in all aspects of the real estate business including sales, negotiations, title insurance, escrow, and relocation. Committed to advancing her education and expertise, Kathy obtained her Broker's license in 2003.
Having relocated to Pasadena from Denver in 1989, Kathy joined the prestigious firm of Podley Caughey & Doan Realtors. She is pleased to now be affiliated with Podley Properties, a local, independent company with deep roots in Pasadena. Kathy's business goals are in perfect alignment with Podley's mission statement: "To be integral in helping our clients achieve the dream of homeownership, making a lasting and valuable impact on both their lives and the communities we serve."
Kathy and Curt, her husband of 27 years, reside in the Madison Heights area of Pasadena. They share a love of architecture and enjoy the outdoors immensely, including snorkeling, scuba diving, sport fishing, bicycling, backpacking, snow skiing, and are always looking forward to the next adventure. As a couple they enjoy home remodeling projects.
Kathy was nominated by her peers for the prestigious honor of 2006 Realtor of the Year for the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors. She was fortunate to be named as a Top Ten producer for her firm in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
