WHAT TO EXPECT

Kathy has built a very successful business by being careful with the details, and in doing so, receives high marks from satisfied clients.  Her philosophy of business reflects this:

 

  • I will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not reality.
  • I will never enter into a client relationship where I know what is expected cannot be done in good faith.
  • When hired to sell a home, I will make recommendations that can maximize the home's value or reduce it's marketability time, even if it means telling my clients things they do not want to hear.
  • I understand that I may lose business because I am truthful with my clients, while my competitors may tell them what they want to hear to temporarily get their business.
  • I recognize that in order to have a winning relationship with my clients, we must have mutual goals.
  • I will never lose sight that my honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability and creativity are what sets me a part from the real estate masses.
  • I will always treat all parties honestly, respectfully and fairly.
  • I will promote the best interests of my clients and will always disclose to my clients all facts that may affect or influence their decisions.
